If money were no purpose, what kind of house would you hold and what style would you furnish it in?
Answers: I'd own a log home in the Cascade mountain continuum (northwestern U.S., if you're not familiar next to it). It would be completely solar-powered, or otherwise "off the grid." It would own a large kitchen near commercial-grade appliances, three bedrooms, and a good bureau with built-in internet connections. Connections, tube, and phone would all be satellite-based, beside land-based backups available. I would also hold a sewing/craft area; I close to to make my own clothes as much as possible. The home would enjoy a large stone fireplace contained by the living area, and a smaller one surrounded by each bedroom. The master suite would own a hot tub accessible from it. It would be in an nouns that has some grassland, but also woods, and would be fundamental a stream or small lake (preferably one beside salmon). I'd also have a barn and a greenhouse, and a heated garage. The majority of the warmness in the home would any be solar, geothermal (which we're lucky enough to own around here), or wood-burning stoves.
There would be sufficient acreage for a worthy garden, horses, possibly a few meat animals (cattle and sheep), as well as chickens and (just for fun) peacocks :-)
I'd distinctly have a untaught area where on earth I could feed birds, as economically as other animals (deer, elk, etc.) I have no problems near larger animals, as long as they are well away from the house. (I don't want them becoming accustomed to humans, as unsurprisingly not all humans realize that they can become a jeopardy if not kept at a distance). I want them close satisfactory to experience, without their associating food near people.
Furnishings would be rustic, and would probably lean toward the art work of the Native American tribes within this area, and surrounded by other parts of the country. I would try to have as little plastic or similar non-natural materials as possible, short of electronic devices; I would absolutely have innate fibers for furnishings, rugs, upholstery, bedding, etc.
That should ONLY cost me a couple million bucks ;-) What do you think?
I want a house near a biiiiiiiiiig kitchen.. an infinity pool.. a master's bedroom with a loft.. a huge bathroom near a nice sound system (because I intend to stay surrounded by the tub for hours every visit).. and a quite little garden (sort of resembling a secret garden) that grows different herb and salad ingredients.
