There are Yellow Jackets getting into one room of our house (upstairs bedroom). They mostly collect inside one of the window sills and after die because they can't get out but a few in reality get into the room everyday.
They are almost other small and dead or dying.
Over the finishing 3 years we have have a few nests removed from our attic and gutter areas by contractors that we're doing work in those areas. The nests appeared to be comatose (although at time of removal there be a few bees flying around).
Any advice on how to obtain rid of these would be appreciated.
Answers: In our last house within the woods, we used to get them alot. They would achieve in the attic and the chimney. We would cartridge a plastic garbage daypack across the fireplace and set off one of those can bug bombs inside it. The same for the attic and move the home until it was protected according to the instructions on the bug bombs. We had to do it once a year, as every time we would light the fireplace for the first time, they would start buzzing around. You might could hire a professional exterminator too?
probably within outside wall of that bedroom. Have ceiling tiles? We had some getting out of wall & found mode into room from the ceiling tiles. May have to spray & trademark off first showing from attic into bedroom walls.
