Answers:    A lofted bathroom would be the best one. because a garage is more interesting. But a bathroom is just for going pee and stuff.You should enjoy a garage that looks like a living room. My garage is a 2 motor garage. But i have party in in attendance. Its a good place for laying a bet or playing video games. I have a pool table surrounded by the middle($1,000), basketball arcades in the side, which is the cheapest one($50). A plasma($800).
