As you might see from my avatar and profile i am a responsible person who really does try to answer question to help family and not just bequeath trite answers but so many times this picky area have people asking question which they never rate nor give a star for - why? If the cross-question is worth asking - it is worth answering and rating - it's only pious manners after all and make us all surface worthwhile???????
Answers: Many people that ask question just don't bother to whip the time to rate after getting even a great answer. Manners are sometimes forgotten here.
