you can dump it out in your garden the ash is polite for it. in your garden or flower bed, after it is completely cooled.
I would place it in black waste bags and have the rubbish men take it. Or you can be "green" and if you have a garden use it surrounded by the soil! I hope that helps! I dump mine in the patio in a bare spot, beneath a bush or somewhere and be sure to hose it down so it doesn't blow away. It helps build the soil.
