you can buy stuff at the Home Depot paint department that solidifies the paint so that it can be put out with curbside trash. Other than that, if you hold a hazardous waste disposal site effective you, that's the place. Otherwise, mix it in a bucket near some sawdust or mulch, let it dry and consequently dispose of in a ample trash bag. Liquid paint is not permitted in landfills but once it is dry it is out of danger to dispose of.
