Which cities, besides Hawaii and Las Vegas, have the best number of Hawaiians/Pacific Islanders? Which have the largest Hawaiian festival, highest number of Hawaiian restaurants and other Hawaiian/Pacific Islander cultures? I can't afford to live contained by Hawaii so I'm hoping to live in a place that have a high influence of the Hawaiian/Pacific Islander culture and Aloha Spirit.
