I hold tomatoe plants. They haven't produced tomatoes just yet. Maybe yours lately aren't ready. Have they produced flowers? idk.
bugs stop tomateo plants from growing.
check for bugs then use plant undamaging bug sray or dust.

Well if your plants are growing then you are not suppose to wet the leaves at adjectives. This will kill the plant in a concern of days. So try using tomato food and not wetting the leaves this should help you to revive your once alive tomato plant. are they contained by the sun, minimum 6 hrs. is needed, also potting mix may not have enough nutrients, offer a feed of potash, that gets the flowers going

Answers:    We had one and the same problem and consulted the local nursery. There's a spray you can get at WalMart ($5) to polinate the flowers. Days later, we have tiny tomatoes! It's made by "Green Light" and called "Tomatoe Bloom Spray". It was right within on the shelf at the local WalMart.
