Whats the best time of the year to pant and grow grapes for wine? ...
Answers: In early spring is best for setting bare-root grapevines. That's when established grapevines sprout with ease. If you set the plants too early, the cold can take out baby shoots. Also, it's growing cycle will start out confused and it will help yourself to longer for the plant to mature satisfactory to fruit.
You can also just stick a rattan from an established plant into the ground and it will grow. But, it will take a longer time to ripened to the point where it will fruit than if you plant a bareroot vine.
