I hurt my ankle a few weeks back and the mixture of sun & precipitation has done wonders for my prairie. Its now looking similar to a meadow!
I hold 3 dogs & before I hurt my ankle would be out every light of day clearing up after them but for a few weeks I havent been competent to.
Ankle pretty much back to middle-of-the-road Ive got to construct a start on cutting the pasture but I just dont know where on earth to begin.
I dont hold a mower (next door used to do it in a swopsy sort of entry but have moved - also I reason its too long now for a mower) and whilst I want to win a strimmer / trimmer Im a little worried roughly getting covered in sh+t the moment it starts! I bought a long handle lawn shear (a little resembling a pair of regular shears but sits parallel to the ground) but they REALLY hurt my wrists after merely a few minutes of using it (badly designed i think.
So what should I do? I hold to get a touch on it as its only going to acquire worse.
Answers: Find an unsuspecting neighborhood lad who trims lawns as a summer job. Warn him of the exposure and offer to clear him double just to attain the lawn underneath control.
Or, "treasure hunt" with a shovel and container.
Either way, virtuous luck.
