Second - report the telemarketers to put your phone # on their "do not call" list. They are required to stop the bid then and near, and not call you again.

Keep within mind that it takes a few weeks to gain this info distributed to all telemarketers, so you may return with calls for awhile nonetheless. But every little bit helps.
