What should I do, if I judge someone is entering my place in need my consent? I think someone may be entering my apt. lacking my consent....

I think someone may be entering my apt. lacking my consent. During the week, I am at work as well as my bf. Lately, My BF and I own been sucpious of some hustle and bustle. Some of Our films have be missing and looks like someone have rearranged them. One time, we not here the TV on and it was bad, when we returned. I kept my Computer on to finish a Download and when I returned, the computer was completely shut rotten. I don't think I am insane nor is my BF, if we both sense alike thing. Here is some of my Theories:

1.) Employees of the Property are entering our home. Usually they enter to do maintance work.

2.) A former resident?

3.) Or a stranger who possesses my lost key from when I lost my keys spinal column in April.

I am not sure what to do. I want to seize my locks changed and would like place an extra lock for the sanctuary of our child. Please any Suggestions?
Answers:    anyone entering your apartment without your express concurrence is breaking the law. An member of staff of the property needs your green light to enter. If they don't have it, they are breaking the directive. If you want to catch the criminal breaking and entering your apartment set up a camera. If you lock in someone on it call the police. If you basically want it to stop change the locks and don't offer anyone a copy.
first, change the locks.
you can put a small piece of cardboard similar to a matchbook cover in between the door and the frame when you be off the house. when you come home, if the cardboard in on the floor no longer contained by the place where you departed it, you'll know someone entered your apt.
