Answers:    I`ve only see mention to their stainless steel being a "special alloy". They seem to be to make no mention to copious specific grades or other specifications regarding the steel. My best guess is that they hold on to a tight lid on exactly what they use. It may be a proprietary thing that they don`t want to agree to out. Don`t know, hope someone else has better luck than I for you surrounded by finding some specifics.
