Are you discussion bout the Big Island Hawaii itself? or Oahu, Kawii?? when I was in attendance back surrounded by the 80's on Oahu , around Wikiki the rent was almost $1000/month and up around North shore it was around $400. so it depends on the LOCATION.. check near a realator ! They should beable to hook you up! so hang loose!!
