I am trying to thoroughly clean my jacuzzi and want to obtain the old hose down out of it. The previous owner of my house told me that I should do this. Any suggestions would help.

You should be capable of find the manual online. Or do what we did. We remunerated a guy from a hot tub/swimming pool supply house to come and show us how it all works. He give us pointers, made suggestions, etc. It cost us $50. Well worth the money.
I'm not quite sure what you might believe of as the bset way to verbs a jacuzzi, but here's a suggestion.
My father's way (which is time consuming) works really powerfully, I believe.
First, he would scoop out adjectives the water (after making sure that the river constantly refiltering. Also, I'm not sure if you would like to do this, but my father dumps the marine on the plants (like watering the plants?)
Second, he would wash out the jacuzzi next to a deck cleaner (those high pressure sprays?)
Lastly, he would allow the hose down to fill the jacuzzi, and it should be verbs.
The most time consuming and frustrating part is taking out adjectives the water.
Now, he filter the water constantly, so it should stay verbs for a longer period of time, but don't forget, it still have to be cleaned, just not as constantly.
Where the drain is should be rather obvious. However, that's for our jacuzzi, I'm not sure if every jacuzzi is made like peas in a pod way(well...it's not) but ours is an octagon shaped jacuzzi and the drain is one of the sides, so it's quite perceptible. The drain should probably look like any a pool filter(like ours) or a drain in the shower, maybe?

Answers: The best would be to find the drain plug and attach it to a garden hose so it drains where on earth you want it to drain. Go to a place that sells the tubs and own them show you where to find the drain. There should be a 2-3' panel that open on the side.
Next easy type method is next to a sump pump. Emerge sump pump into water & the drain hose ending outside or into a drain.
Or, shop vacuum. Empty. Shop vacuum. Empty.
Or, bucket, empty, bucket, uninhabited.
