The shed was painted many years ago and the paint is chipped surrounded by a few places. It gets partial sun. Also, what color would you suggest?
Answers: External latex in a egg shell or semi comment on. Have them add a mildew inhibitor to the paint when they mix it. If you buy expensive paint and put 2 good coats on it next to a cure time between it will last many years. Prep dry-clean with Clorox water to destroy anything growing on it now and remove all scale paint. Do a good job and paint it what ever color you want to look at for the subsequent twenty years. Natural and earth tones will work.
