When I am mowing my lawn, I run over patches of long grass and a swarm of white bugs comes up. This happen all the time. It has gotten so doomed to failure that I am forced to carry bug spray with me while I mow the prairie. It keeps getting worse. Someone please help me previously I cant mow my lawn at all. Is within a way to get rid of these things, or something to maintain them from swarming me (don't say bug repellent, it doesn't work)

Answers:    You didn't mention the size of the bugs. If they're pretty small, they could be whiteflies, which are just a seasonal problem. If they're larger, they could be termites, and you should phone a professional to get rid of them.
