that play loud music and have no respect? they are brazzilian and they also sign out their screen door get underway all the time...does anyone know why? i be curious to know the door thing...

Answers: Ask them to turn it down. Or, if you aren't comfortable doing that, put a note on their house. Be respectable, but permit them know that what they're doing is not appreciated. If you get no response to that (the problems exists), call upon the cops. Almost every municipality has roar ordinances and perchance the police presence will let them know that they truly are a problem.
As far as the door item, I have no notion. Maybe they're just too inefficient to close it (not a Brazilian thing, in recent times a lazy thing).
can you telephone them on the phone and ask them to keep it down?? and if you put on alert them and they dont stop try calling the police
