depends on your zone. we are zone five, and I plant BASIL, oregano, parsley, thyme, etc. is it to be a spaghetti themed herb garden? regard as of the end use - then plan for it! Enjoy!

What style of Herb's do you like.and are they compatable with you . My wife's, really attract the bee's..and some are rough on the snout..but some are also special.I can't give you anything solid..they are nice..have a friend that have about a 10 acre farm of rows of different types..but when I vanished there one time I could hardly breathe..so suitable luck.and have fun..they are lovely.

Answers:    I would say you should plant the herbs you would use the most .. my suggestions would be Parsley, Thyme, Cilantro/Coriander, Basil, Dill, Oregano, Chives, Savory, Garlic, Chives, Mustard, Sage, and Peppermint . = )
