It's an indoor heated pool and the cover has a thorny crystalised white build up on it around the seems as it's a soft roll up cover
Is this chlorine build up?

Answers:    There is a great product available at Lowes call krud kutter that will remove it. I believe it is crystalized chlorine so you have to be cautious of chemical reactions next to it. That is the beauty of Krud Kutter, it is non-toxic, biodegradable, have no odor and won't react near the chlorine.
