We have some remarkably small flying bugs ( about a 1/2 inch or less) that are roughly swarming around our backyard.

The bugs a solid black in the body and appear to own stingers, the wings are shorter than all along the body and are translucent, the rear legs appear to enjoy one to two white bands around respectively one. Like I stated before they look close to very small wasps but do not come across to actually sting.

If anyone know what these are and how to get rid of them, I would really appreciate the information.
Also to give support to narrow down the region we live surrounded by Texas.
Answers:    They are probably small wasps. Do not kill them. They are non-hazardous unless you are a caterpillar on a tomato plant, then they are toxic. If you bottle them, I'll take them past its sell-by date our hands!
within are hundreds of types of wasps about, copious even smaller than what you are describing. They should be a non issue to yall and will probably been gone shortly..hours to a couple of days.
