What are the 'must haves' for a latest house? we are moving from an apartment to a house that we are...

we are moving from an apartment to a house that we are buying and i want to know what the must haves are as far as tools and household items that we will need contained by the new place that we didnt want in our apartment? it be built in 2005 so i dont anticipate a great deal of remodeling or anything like that. i am only looking for the basic around the house tools and other items that i should get hold of. thanks!

Answers:    Hammer, power screwdriver near bits, good two of a kind of pliers, staple gun (for putting up Xmas lights, etc) Lawn mower, snowshovel, lawn rake, string trimmer, duet of good pruning shears. Trash can, at least 2, garden hose, sprinkler. There will be other things as you shift that you will need also but this is a start.

You immediately have some sort of courtyard , you will need things to state it...lawnmower trimmer etc, or a lawn service is perfect too.....look into a trusted general contractor for repairs or continuation on pluming,heat ,nouns ,electrical,better to look now previously you actually stipulation them in a crisis.......congrats on becoming a homeowner, goodluck
