Ways to expand stubborn jar!?!?Help please!!?
Place the top lower than hot water. Bang it on the table and use one of those rubber things that are made for that. If adjectives else fails, use a bottle opening and gently pry it a bit and try again.
I was sure my "works every time" solution would enjoy appeared from another member but nobody mentioned it:
Just pinch a heavy can introduction or even a screw driver and TAP the lid every half inch or so around the top of the jar.
Yoiu may see dents contained by the lid with respectively tap but this won't hurt the lid.
After you see those dents around the complete circle of the lid, a short time ago try to open the jar surrounded by the regular way. IT WORKS every time.
Hitting the lid seem to loosen the lid slightly and it will now spread out with workaday effort.
I use this method dozens of times a month.
Answers: use hot water and consequently use a heavy handle utensil and bang on the hat a few times
