Hi, I am having trouble with my neighbours bang all day, I hold asked them nicely to stop with this hum but it has done no good. What do you suppose I should do.

If the place you live has a noise ordinance it usually one and only goes into place after 11pm. This means ethnic group can make noise if they want to on their own property. I'm unsure more or less your description of "banging", if they are working or playing or ?. Still you can contact the police and see what or if anything can be done. I feel your pain as I enjoy dealt with smaller amount than nice neighbors before. apply to your local council offices,putting your complaint across,they should follow this up on your behalf.if this doesn't procure the result you want,you may want to apply to the county court,they will give you all the direction youll need,and what steps to take,if any.
Answers: Check your town ordinaces and file a comp;aint at city hall if they enjoy one. We did not have one in our small town till just this minute.

What do you tight by "banging"? Are they building something? Doing repair work on their home? Or listening to William Hung? next time your are out contained by the garden and they come out jump over the face and knock them out. i.e. what my friend did and he never had problems with them again
just wallet a complaint with the city
