Townhome neighbor kids manufacture like mad of swish ...? We live in a townhome near a small enclosed quad area...

We live in a townhome near a small enclosed quad area and a small greenbelt nouns behind the yard. The kids in our community adjectives gather right trailing our house constantly to play football or baseball. They occasionally throw the ball within our yard accidentally. We've asked them not to come into our patio without asking because we enjoy small garden plants growing back at hand, and today we caught a footprint right smack in the middle of our garden (it be muddy). We're going to put a lock on the gate tonight but are in that any other ways to keep the kids out of our courtyard? They are SOOOO loud too ALL DAY, shouting and cussing at each other -- I want to holler at them all.
Answers:    Since you live surrounded by a Townhome, there's probably a Homeowners' Association. They have CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions) that govern this type of entry. If the greenbelt behind you belongs to the association, they can issue a fine to the parents of the kids - assuming that they also live in the association. If they don't, you can try and make it unpleasant for them subsidise there. I'll set out you to think of how you could accomplish that. Excessive watering. Dog poop. You catch the idea.
Do you know their parents? If so, agree with them almost the issue, asking them to speak to their kids about not coming into your property. If that doesn't work, and the locks don't work, bargain to the people who get by the properties, or the police. I wouldn't worry too much give or take a few the noise quantity of it, because at least the kids are in actual fact outside, unlike many.
