Tiny brown moth approaching bugs EVERYWHERE contained by my moms house? my mom lives in a HUGE mobile home in california and it...
my mom lives in a HUGE mobile home in california and it have these tiny TINy moths flying around or just chilling on the walls, its not an infestation purely annoying. i dont know what kind of moth they are exactly or if they are even a moth, but my b and i call them "teetsy moths" because their so tiny. does anyone else contained by southern california have this problem, and how can m mom get rid of them?
Answers: if they are more grayish than brown, they could be drain flies ... they come from gunk growing contained by the drains ... get some foaming drain cleaner and pour it in adjectives the sink and bath drains int he house and let it sit for an hour, afterwards pour about a cup of bleach in respectively toilet and let that sit for an hour ... repeat in 1 week ... this should find rid of them (if they are drain flies ... otherwise, try a bug bomb)
This moth is coming from birds, if your mom has them. I have 3 cockatiels and I am have a heck of a time with them right now. They nurture on the bird food. Common brown moth, look it up and check out the pictures to identify it. You can usually see their "eggs" up in the crease of the wall to ceiling. Like I said, if their are birds in the house, to be exact why there are moths, keep the cage(s) exceptionally verbs and squish any cocoons you may see in the creases. The moths are hatching out from larva that could be contained by something in the pantry. Check out things like flour, crackers, cereal, nuts, etc. When you look, survey for something like a bit of spidery web. It's a sure indication of infestation. Clean out pantry of anything within boxes or bags outdated or infested. Then use plastic storage bins. Also hang a few stems from the herb rosemary since the moths don't close to the scent.
