Answers:    Who maintains the grounds, clears snow? What type of upholding of the building will they do, can you paint walls, is there hearth rug, what type of heat and hot hose? Gas or electric stove? How much do the utilities cost per month. How far is the nearest neighbor? Are pets permitted?
