The military offers a 100% reimbursement for anything th movers worn out and my Kirby Sentria was one of them. I bought mine 2 months after they come out. I think the salesman told me that they be either $1800 or $1900. I talk him down from that. But I really need the full sale price for a new one so I can wallet my claim. Thanks for the help.
Answers:    LMAO-who told you the military offer 100% reimbursement for damaged anything? The simply time I ever seen anything resembling that was when we bombed Japan.
You will go and get the depreciated value of your machine-maybe if the E4 is sober adequate to forward your claim to a GS2 who would be able to move along the process for you near a few photos of the machine formerly it was undermined and if she's through battling depression she might even transport it on a GS5 who still needs the photos and any paperwork (including the purchase order/receipt) and if it get to that person on a Tuesday when the boss stumbles contained by before lunch on a hours of daylight his dog didn't hit by a car and his kid didn't carry thrown out of schoo.maybe you might know how to pick up a used vac at the base thrift store back the end of the week.
Been there-done that- you won't procure anywhere near what they what be broken or missing. My heart goes out to you because this is basically one more process our Military and their families suffer.
