are coming. I live in Northern Virginia and my city's shown no sign of them even so.

Will the holes they dig be everywhere? How will I know when they've arrived...do they straight away start singing or go through a process?

Will they hurt me? I'm especially afraid of being swarmed by bugs...and basically afraid of bugs in broad. I was too babyish to remember how it was 17 years ago.

Thanks.
I live in TN and they hold already arrived here. They seem to be worse though contained by the rural areas. I live in a pretty urban nouns and have not see any at all, but they are everywhere at my parents' house. I haven't see any flying, just sitting on every plant surrounded by sight. You should be ok surrounded by NOVA.

They are supposed to start emerging when the soil temperatures achieve 65F. Not yet here within the Ohio Valley as we've had some cool and wet weather in the later month.

They will not hurt you, they are not biting or stinging insects. The worst that can happen is they are not obedient flyers and my accidentally fly into you. For some reason, they might be attracted to faultless frequencies emitted by small motors such as sward mowers, roto-tillers, etc.
Answers:    Blend 40 fresh chilli pepper in 1 pound of hose. Add 5 g of Ivory soap flakes to the blended chilli mixture. Apply as required undiluted wearing eye protection.
