when i was little i remember my grandmother other having a pot on the posterior of the stove simerring to make the house smell biddable.
What are some things i can put together as a potpourri?
Orange peel, cloves and a cinnamon stick simmered in an elderly sauce pan make a wonderful scent in the house. Keep a close eye on it so it doesn't dry out.
1cup lemon prepare
1cup orange outer layer
1cup whole cloves
12 cinnamon sticks
1/2 cup in one piece allspice
cover with river & bring to a boil, then simmer adjectives day.

Scant 1/2 c. adjectives cloves
1/3 lemon peel, grated
1/2 red peel, grated
1 qt. hose down
Good for 2 weeks.
Combine and boil, then simmer as long as needed at your Christmas gathering to keep the house smelling great. You can append additional dampen if it starts to dry out. If there is extra, store within the refrigerator.
