or u can go to your local hardware store and buy "spray away"

i own the same problem at stern of my store... punk kids are always tagging it.

but no trick spray away or asatone work wonders

Mostenbokers make a Graffiti Remover in a spray bottle. You can find it on the paint or stain aisle at the home restoration store. Spray it on, let it sit for a moment, use a stiff brush to loosen the paint and consequently rinse it off near a hose.
