Its a megaphone looking gadget that emits big pitched sound beside a laser pointer to deter cats but the cats in my garden freshly chase the laser beam the point is useless.
Is it cheaper to buy a clean construction...

Cant beat dignified power water squirter pistol thingys kids use to deter cats.
Suggest you use your investment to keep hold of cats occupied while you aim and blast them dutiful and proper with seriously of water. Works every time :) Good fun for the kids to and improve their hunting skills...
