someone thew filled condoms one night at my husband's sports car and our living room window, his brother's car be parked outside too, notihng happened to his, we called the cops they didn't do anything. i asked them to bear the condoms in for fingerprints but he refused. Two darkness later, we forgot to close our garage door and they came throwing eggs at my coup¨¦ parked inside, yet nothing happen to his brother's car. We usually stay up real unpaid but we don't hear anything. We're thinking maybe it's between 2am to 4am that they do that, so I don't know if it's kids or what. We have no enemy.And we've only bought this house for a little over a month. Please serve me.Not many people know where we lived yet, do you reckon it's the neighbors that's doing it? I'm scared!
Sounds like any you're the targets of bigotry, or mistaken identity. Maybe someone thinks you're the previous occupant?
I'd try contacting the prior owners and ask them who they think it is. If they had enemy, it's likely they'll also know who.
Otherwise, go invest surrounded by a wireless web cam, hide it and run the software so that it archives to your computer. Each morning, check for activity...and when you have some, shift look at the camera log.
Now you have something to confront the police with.
Either passageway, keep reporting the problems _EACH_ time it happens. Keep a diary - morning, date and time. What happened, and detail what you have to do to repair/fix/clean.
When you arrest the miscreants, you can take them to a civil judge and he'll award you damages to compensate for what you've have to endure.
...And people wonder what happen with kids who never get spanked...
attain that blue/tan drape for your car. I forget what that's called. bring an alarm for your car, garage, and an automatic motion detector light that turns on whenever someone comes in close proximity. Get a dog. Or at least a beware of dog sign.
stay up all hours of darkness, get a police siren (you can find one at radio shack), and when they come BLAST the siren at them. xD

It might be some crazy teens trying to verbs some prank on you just to make themselves look cool because they "egged someones car" , if it doesnt stop contact the authorities again and if they dont do anything consequently you do something. Maybe buy a little security camera that you could hook up to a tv contained by your room ? It should stop. But if it doesnt , let them know you mean business.
