Snowappel Orchid? I got an Orchid from my boyfriend over a month ago but...

I got an Orchid from my boyfriend over a month ago but for some stupid reason it's dying. The bottom leaves are falling sour, it's not blooming and the roots are JUST starting to turn black. I've been really careful next to it. Like making sure it's not getting over watered. I've been giving it a lot of indirect sunlight, which what it call for. And yesterday I repotted it so it wasn't getting sufficated but it's just getting worse. There's only two leaves disappeared and I just don't know what to do. If you have any knoledge on Snowappel Orchids, don't hold rear legs.
