I live in nothern MN and my husband and I are making an extend on a home here. Should we get it inspected? Is it worth it?
YES!! other have your home inspected. you'll be amazed at what may be found and fashion sure you are there while they inspect it be sure they look everywhere attic underground store check pipes electrical ect..
I would other recommend an inspection. It's worth a couple hundred dollars to know exactly what to expect from the house. Also, if you find significant problems, they may reduce the selling price of the home for you.
