edit - soaking cigs within water will produce a treacherous level of nicotine - ample to kill an full-grown - I would not suggest spraying any plants that you are going to eat beside this substance
Try soaking cigarette ends in hose for a while , take strained dampen and mix with lemon liquid and spray the flowers , including Broad Beans ,this also works on most plants and flowers.

Answers: I find that a mixture of 25 ML washing up soft to a litre of water will do the trick but do not apply until the sun is almost set. If you spray when it is too thaw out you will lose some of your budding flowers which means smaller quantity beans.
Washing- up liquid near water surrounded by a spray bottle will get rid of them.
