ROLEX Silver over Copper Water pitcher???? I just bought a silver over copper (says on bottom) wet pitcher...

I just bought a silver over copper (says on bottom) wet pitcher today--- ornate design, silver on outside, pewter? on inside.
On bottom, here is, left to right:
Small crown that looks the same to the Rolex Crown, Cursive L?, and a crest with 3 diamonds?
I don't hold a magnifying chalice or my digital camera.
Anyone have any info or websites??
Silver collectors beside info??
