I want to report my neighbours for misbehavior to my property, but would like to set up video surveillance attached to my house. If I find the evidence I need and it go to court, can they turn around and prosecute me for surveying their property? They do what they do from their property, so I would need to point the camera surrounded by their direction to be able to monitor them. We live contained by private housing, so no landlords or anything.
