I have a timed electronic controller heater surrounded by my new flat. I have set it to come on within offpeak hours which looks like it has a 4 hour stretch between 2am and 6am. Does this miserable the heter is on for the whole 4 hours in the dark or is it set for say, an hour between this time. The manual is no assist and surely 4 hours on economy 7 is dearer that 1 hour in apex time? Sorry boring question but im stuck!
Answers: its on between the hours you set, try to minimise the time its on, to be honest there rubbish, if you can grasp a digital type but make sure it can cope with your furnace ( usually 3kw)
