Question just about lease on my apartment? My lease is up on the 31st of this month and...

My lease is up on the 31st of this month and I still owe half of the concluding months rent which is $325. Whenever I moved in, I placed a $400 deposit on the apartment. I do not own the money for the second half of the concluding months rent and I wont have it until atleast the 15th of subsequent month. My landlord said she will absolutly not filch the money for the last of the rent out of my down giving. In addition, she said if I dont come up next to the money she is going to report negative against my credit. Is it possible that she can contained by fact report unenthusiastic against my credit if she does technically have the money? I know the shield wouldnt hold up in court because really enjoy has the money for the concluding of the rent and still owes my $75. My question is can she legitimately report negativley because I dont pay the final part even if she already have $400 of my money in her pocket?

Also, I will be out prompt as stated in the lease and the apartment will be broom verbs. Any help will be appreciated.

So yes she can, and so can the collection agency.
Pay up it is removed from credit report.
Lease say your downpayment of $400 refundable or redeemable? Go and re-read your apt. contract.

Website to find new apt.: www.ebay.com look for the apt. tab. They take-home pay you $100.00 to lease a apt thru them.
Many States have changed the canon about deposit deposits. When I rented in Ohio (private apartment) the owner have it right on the paperwork that security deposit could not be held as rent recompense. Your best bet is to talk to the innkeeper, clean and vacate the place sometime early and obtain the final inspection and deposit back and consequently give it to her for the delayed rent.
