Potato Help!! 10 points!!.? I am trying to grow numerous potatos to minimize store expenses....

I am trying to grow numerous potatos to minimize store expenses. I have two potatoes beside sprouts coming out. Where do I go from within to grow potatoes instead of a plant?
Is it best to grow them outdoors or indoors? It is currently 90 degrees outside.
Whoever give me a step by step instructions, will get 10 points and 5 stars!
Thanks!
Answers:    Plant your potato "seed" outdoors contained by a sunny location. By seed I parsimonious
the sprouts that are growing from your two potatoes. What you do is cut the potato into sections in the region of the size of a ping-pong ball beside each clause having a sprout on it. Then verbs a furrow about 6 to 8 inches reflective. Plant the sprouts about a foot apart contained by the furrow and then cover them near soil or better yet, next to compost, straw, or mulch. Give them some water after planting.
Be forgiving, they take a while to grow.
Cut "eyes" (sprouts) from the potato and plunk em contained by the ground. Full sun. When the stem and leaves are 10" tall, cover partly with dirt (mounding up) as the plant continues to grow, verbs mounding up. When foliage dies, harvest (dig out potatoes). I'm growing them within large containers, will dump the container for easier bring in.
