Pool human being built; warning? So since the beginning of February we've be having a pool...
So since the beginning of February we've be having a pool built and paying surrounded by segments. The process be going by extremely quickly and we be told that the pool would be finished by the end of March. However, after paying the end big payment [now we solely owe a couple of thousand] the process has pretty much stopped. They said the pool would be done surrounded by march, after april, no may yet the pool ancestors never come! We've called so several times and they'll come every now and later but the process is twice as slow now. Is near anything we can do?
Answers: A really fast builder, (not waiting on homeowners tile, paver, finish, choices) can put contained by pool in approx. 6 weeks.
Time smudge is from day excavation done to hose down in the pool.
Some delay start with the security.
Paver or tile production sometimes delays estimated date.
A homeowner who changes things during building, also puts things down.
There could be a communication problem.
Are you perhaps waiting for a specific special ordered componenet?
Do you enjoy water contained by the pool?
If you have hose down in the pool, he may quality you could be swimmimng while the other jobs are finished up too?
Did builder capture a permit? You didn't mention a County & State.
If he did obtain permit, the pool could be waiting for an inspection. Call permiting bureau to inquire.
Many factors come into play.
Most construction delay are waiting for sub contractors, specific materials & inspections.

Threaten to take the company to small claims court. You DO own your receipts for what you've already paid, don't you? The company putting your pool surrounded by has probably gotten more job and everyone wants their pool surrounded by by summer. So yours has be put on the back burner, I bet.
