Plumbers - Smoking and kitchen sinks? I want to smoke in my apartment and not tip my neighbors...
I want to smoke in my apartment and not tip my neighbors bad, so I cut a hole in the bottom of a milk carton so I could place it above the hole to the sink and hold something to blow into. The other side of the sink is plugged.
There are 2 other sinks in other places of this subdivided house, when I turn on the faucet to suck down the smoke, will within be any backflow in the system that will wreak smoke to reach my neighbors?

Answers: ably as long as all the traps are full surrounded by all the drains. which they should be you wont hold smoke going into the other apartments thru your pipes.
Don't you think that's alot of trouble to smoke a cigarette?
