Please relieve...an impulsive frost hit my Christmas Cactus. Can I collect it? ...
Are you sure that it is frost? Mine stays in the cold and the frost does not bother it..what does bother it is too much dampen..it suggests that you just mist it when you do hose down it, not flood/soak it to death..as most any cacti or succulent..they have need of dry feet
Yes, it can be save...but have mercy....bring it in, an allow it to dry pay for (the dead parts that be hit by frost), and cut them back..place your plant within an area where on earth your plant will get partial flimsy not direct sunlight. And please don't over river...its a cactus(suculent)...let it dry out..consequently water..and don't nurture suculent's in the winter any...begin to nurture your plant/s a month before spring..
Hope your plant make it...
I have a Christmas Cactus my dh give me for Christimas 6 yrs ago..its lovely when it was surrounded by full bloom this year!!
Answers: Just bring it inside where it's heat. It does get cold surrounded by the desert all the time.
