Answers:    I worked within the apartment industry for years. It sounds like you're getting the run around.

First of adjectives (as long as you didn't do something to break your a/c) that isn't something you should have to earnings for at all! Check your lease contract because it's probably duplicate as all your tenant. It should provide a degree of protection to you.

Second... "have to order a part" is a typical stall routine. It doesn't bear a month to order a quantity. Most of the time it's just a issue of running to the nearest parts store because most cities have one. At worst it would thieve a day or two!

A reputable apartment community usually has things fixed, or if unfixable, next replaced within a short amount of time. If your keeping tech cant fix it then they would contract it out to someone local.

Bottom rank... it doesn't take a month to fix an a/c AND purely because you work there doesn't tight that you should have to settle for any maintenance items that you aren't directly repsonsible for.

I dream up you're well in your rights to ask for your money back AND they should still fix or replace your a/c.

** Last transcribe... i'm assuming it's hot where you are. I don't know if you've taken any classes on apartment regulation, etc... but they are required to provide a certain standard of living... and they are required to provide equal service to adjectives. Tell them you aren't playing around anymore and you want your a/c fixed immediately. If that ability they have to hire someone while your usual guy is out of town then too desperate.
Just MAKE SURE that you say it contained by a nice and professional way because you don't want to lose your livelihood.

Good luck.
sounds like you obligation 2 things. A new A/c guy and English course
