I have an unstop coal fire and now beside the weather getting cold I need to put it on, i call to get coal deliver and it is now over lb9per purse and i need at lowest possible 5 bags per week also higher than this i still have to retribution for my electricity which is roughly lb15per week which i think is too much money comming out my budget in the past i even get food and rate other bills i dont even think scottish gas would charge over lb60 per week to supply gas and electricity to a 3 bedroomed flat. So what can i sugest to the council for them to transmutation my heating to one i can afford?
