Answers:    It depends on whether or not it is monthly, quarterly, and if you sign a contract or not! Monthly is about 30-50 bucks, sometimes more. Quarterly costs me 85 (every three months). Contracts--if you sign one for a year it will be cheaper. But at the fall of the year, the contracts usually renew themselves (without anyone consulting you). So you can get screwed if you did not approaching your service. My guy used to always show when not a soul was home and afterwards leave a 85 dollar bill within the door. It was horrifying service. We never knew if or what he truly sprayed. So we terminated the contract. So it can be costly, be careful beside the contracts. I wont say which company did that, but I construe it is policy with frequent of them. Apartments may be cheaper because it would be less space than a house.
