Does anyone know how to repel or keep racoons from getting into a travel trailer that is to say used only a couple of times a year?
seems to me it would hold to be a good sized hole for them to take in, so try blocking adjectives the holes...do some patch work

Raccoons are very over-eager and hard to get hold of rid of. It sounds as if you have them nesting contained by the trailer. My guess is that there is not an iota food in the trailer.

A few planning would be snake-away or mothballs. I cannot tell you the exact compound that snake-away is, but I can inform you how it works. This compound repels the animals due to the smell of the product similar to mothballs for a closet. That may be worth trying if you can make it newly too uncomfortable for them to come close to the trailer.
Answers:    My grandparents & my Dad use to shut theirs up tight as possible, using duct video on the exhaust pipe & the water drains. They also dotted mothballs all below the RV, & in places inside the R V where on earth they were expected to go. It other had to be completely aired out in the past use. They never had a problem next to racoons or anything. Good Luck &Blessings
