I think I enjoy heard more or less flat cable wires?

is this true?
what are they called/
thx
Answers:    There are code and reliability issues beside flat electrical wiring, sometimes call "pancake" or "undercarpet" wiring. For these reason, most manufacturers quit making this type of electrical system. However, there is one factory owner who still does. Tyco Electronics makes 120-volt electrical system such as this. I would not recommend using this wiring below any kind of flooring since insulation abrasion and erosion are usually the motivation of failures surrounded by this type of cabling. Behind baseboards should be o.k. You'll own to buy special connectors so that it works with existing electric wiring.

The only other inhabitants I know who made this type of wiring be Hubbell. When I talked to them final, they said they didn't sell satisfactory of it to keep making it. I only checked Tycoelectronics.com and didn't see it, but maybe I wasn't looking complicated enough. I'm not sure if they still clear it.
flat co-ax cable would be an oxymoron, however there is flat twinlead. U requirement to know that twinlead is more likely to own interference problems though.
electrical cable usually has 3 conductors so it is smoothly kind of oval shaped
associates typically "hide" these behind baseboard or within the space below the baseboard if they have wall to wall
