The neighbour's burglar alarm has be going off for hours immediately, and it isn't getting any quieter. The police can't help as there's no crime (no surprise at hand then), and the neighbour is not in.
What can we do?

call the innkeeper. he should have a master push button to open door and turn it stale. if that doesn't work, look up their number in phone book and christen them, or ask other neighbors for their number (if not listed contained by phone book)
